What’s included in each package?
You will receive a magazine containing original stories and content, along with a craft activity that relates to the given content, reinforcing your child’s learning.

Do you ship internationally?
For international customers, we are currently working to make our products available to you, and we will update our site once we are ready to take orders internationally.

How long does it take to receive a package?
For local addresses, shipping will take anywhere between 5 to 7 working days upon confirmation of order and receipt of payment. Please allow for delays in shipping due to COVID-19 and the quantity of shipments in our couriers’ systems. You will receive a tracking notification once your package has been shipped.

I’m not ready to buy a subscription. Can I order a single package?
Yes! You may order a single trial package if you are not yet ready to buy a subscription with us! Please note however, that you would not be able to select a particular package of your choice.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Subscriptions run on a recurrent basis until you choose to cancel. The minimum subscription period is 3 months. You will be able to cancel your subscription anytime during this time, and before a recurring amount for the next 3 months is charged to your card.

What can I do if an item is missing or the box arrives damaged?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible here. We will respond within 3 business days.
